Timeless Style, Special Details, and Unique Touches


The Exterior


We have more pictures and details to come! So many people have asked us for specific sources we decided to go ahead and get this out there.


Welcome to your dream home! The exterior of this home features brick from Lee Brick and Block. The brick is Pine Hall Spanish Moss with Ivory Mortar and River Sand. We included a grapevine mortar joint for added character.


The Hardie board is from Franklin Aluminum. It is painted Sherwin Williams Pearly White. The gutters are Terratone.


The windows are from EH Harris, they are white 6 over 6. The roof is weathered wood.


The garage doors are from Overhead Door. They are white carriage style doors with black hardware.


The custom railing is from Wrought Iron Concepts and is painted Urban Bronze. The steps have limestone caps.


The front door has custom trim work that is painted Pearly White. The front door is painted Keystone Gray. There is a bronze door knocker and black handle set. Above the front door is a bronze gas lantern. The porch ceilings are painted Snowdrop.


The back of the home has a screen room provided by Franklin Aluminum. The screens have white trim.


The Interior

This home has a custom floor plan that was drawn by Design Studio Plans. All of the light fixtures are from Winlectric. The hardwood floors are white oak. They are stained a custom blend.


The custom fireplace mantle and all of the trim materials were supplied by Wholesale Hardwood Interiors. The trim is painted Drift of Mist and the walls are painted Pearly White. The built ins by the fireplace are color matched to the white cabinets.


The gas fireplace surround matches the kitchen countertops. It is a brand new quartz from Southern Kentucky Granite. The color is Atlantis Azul. It is beautiful!


The kitchen cabinets are from Kight and are Diamond White. The pendants over the kitchen island are Hudson Valley.


All of the tile is from Tile Trends. The kitchen backsplash is white subway tile. The gas range and all appliances are from Crabtrees Furniture.


Behind the kitchen is a scullery. It has additional cabinets in the color Espresso. This adds so much storage space!


The dining room walls and ceiling are painted Debonaire. It is a bold color, but one of our favorites!


Throughout the home there are 11 ft ceilings and 8 ft doors. In the primary suite we kept things bright and beautiful.


The primary bathroom has a long row of vanity space with his and hers sinks and a drawer stack.


The primary bathroom features a tile wet room. There is a rain shower head and soaking tub. All bath fixtures are supplied by Winelson. The glass wall is supplied by Kentucky Mirror.


The primary closet was designed by California Closets. It has an island in the center of the room with quartz countertops.


The laundry room has french laid slate floors and butcher block countertops. There is a crafting spot with lots of storage space!


The guest bedrooms are across the home. They each have walk in closets.


The guest bedrooms also have hardwood floors.


The guest bathroom has a double vanity and custom shelving. There is also a closet.


The shower has subway tile walls. The floor tile is a fun blue basketweave.


The open staircase leads to the large bonus room.


We added a little nook under the stairs. This could be perfect for a dog bed or shoe storage! The garage entry is next to the stairs. There is a three car garage and storage closet. There is a coat bench with hooks by the garage entry door.


Upstairs is a large bonus room that is painted Debonair. The carpet is a diamond pattern from Gregory's Flooring.

In the bonus room there are two built in beds. This is the perfect spot for grandkids to come hang out!


The wet bar has a sink and mini fridge. The cabinetry matches the scullery.


There is a full bathroom upstairs. This bathroom has the most fun plaid patterned tile!

There is also a storage closet upstairs.


In the attic, the roof has spray foam insulation. This will keep the attic space almost the same temperature are the rest of the home year round. This is only one of the many mechanical upgrades found in this home.
