Bennington Place Lot 26

Tweaking the floor plan and adding some sparkle

The Exterior

Welcome to Bennington Place Lot 26! This home was completely designed for the homeowner, who was with us from the start. When planning this project, the homeowners liked an existing floor plan we had, but needed to tweak it to best meet their needs.

This home was based on the Curlin floor plan, featuring a side load garage. To make this work for the homeowners, we added an additional garage bay.

The brick is Ansley Park. It is complimented with Maverick Brown and Sandstone accents. The front porch post and shutters are custom made and stained cedar. The black windows help ground the warm colors on this exterior.

We decided to screen in the back porch and add an additional patio. The homeowners requested a gas hook up for a fire pit. This backyard is set up for year round entertaining!

The Interior

Walking through the front door, there is a small foyer that opens into an open concept space. The large vaulted ceiling and chandelier add a luxury feel!

Everyone loves a coat closet by the front door!

The throughout wall color is Gray Matters, with White Umber trim and ceilings. The throughout flooring is a mid tone wood.

The dining space and kitchen are just off of the living room. The patio door leading outside brings in natural light.

The kitchen cabinets are white with a black accent island. They are tied together by the Lux Noir quartz countertops and black lantern style pendants.

The classic white subway tile backsplash has white grout for a clean look. These homeowners also upgraded to a gas range.

The island is made up of drawers, a pull out trash can, and the microwave. The drawers provide so much storage space!

The kitchen pantry has large floating shelves, adding tons more storage! The pantry is completed by a sliding barn door with black hardware.

Down the hall is the laundry room. This laundry room is off of the garage, so it doubles as a drop zone. The additional cabinets and shelves make the most of the space.

The primary bedroom is full of natural light!

The walk in closet has shelving that meets the needs of the homeowners!

This primary bathroom is a show stopper! We redesigned the lay out to have separate his and hers vanities. The vanities have a custom leathered granite waterfall edge leading to the soaking tub. Above the tub is a gorgeous crystal chandelier with a full tile accent wall.

Just when you thought the primary bathroom could get anymore glamorous! The custom tile shower is the focal point! The floor is glass pebbles with an accent wall.

Each vanity has custom lighting. We love the glow!

Near the primary bedroom is the staircase to the bonus room. The wood treads match the flooring that is throughout the house.

The large bonus room looks out the the front and side of the home.

Across the house are two guest bedrooms with a guest bathroom.

This was such an exciting project, from floor plan adjustments and meeting with the homeowners through the phone while they lived out of state, to watching the vision come to life!

We would love to meet you (in person or online) and discuss how we can work together to build your next home!

If you see something you like, we will source something similar for your build!
