Stylish Finishes and an Easy Floor Plan
The Exterior
This home has our Fern combination of siding and trim. It is a great mix of classic and stylish!
The garage door is a panel style door in the color black. We added two modern lantern fixtures on either side of the garage door.
The front porch of this home is a show stopper! It has classic black shutters and a black painted front door to round out the exterior colors.
The back of this home also has a small covered back porch with a patio below it.
You could enjoy the sunshine or the shade on this homes porch and patio!
The Interior
This Easygoer Plan home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage.
Stepping into this home, you enter the main living space.
The front door and garage doors are close to each other, so there is one clear entry point to the home. There is also a coat closet next to the garage door.
This home has a two car garage.
The living room is defined by the tray ceiling. There is additional space between the living room and kitchen for a dining table.
The kitchen has a peninsula for additional seating outside of the dining table.
Entering the kitchen, the cabinetry is white with black leathered granite. We also included all of the kitchen appliances with this home.
The kitchen sink has a window above it and plenty of counter space.
On the opposite wall is the range and microwave. We included a tall pantry cabinet in this kitchen.
From the back door, you can get a feel for the scale of the kitchen, dining, and living spaces.
Through the cased opening is the rest of the home.
The laundry room is located near all of the bedrooms. It also has a storage closet!
The primary bedroom has two closets and a bathroom.
The primary bedroom is painted Escape Gray, which is a cozy color.
The primary bathroom has finishes to match the rest of the home and a full shower.
There is a hall closet between the two guest bedrooms.
The two guest bedrooms also have carpeted floors.
The guest bathroom has a bright feel! It also has finishes that match the rest of the home.
