When a new floor plan is quickly becoming a favorite
This full brick home is in our new Lure floor plan. We have only built this plan a handful of times so far, but they are proving to be a favorite!
The black panel style garage door ties in with the black trim and gutters on the home. There is also a fun black light fixture over the garage door.
The covered front porch has a custom cedar beam that matches the shutters. The upgraded front door has a larger glass panel in it and is painted Tricorn Black.
The brick is Cherokee Mosstown.
We have used this brick for years and loved it.
It is a very versatile brick and can beautifully blend with many different design styles.
In the backyard, there is a screen room. This is the perfect spot to relax or entertain!
The Interior
This home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. It has a private primary suite and an open concept living space.
Entering the foyer there is a fun semiflush light fixture and foyer space. We made the hallway wide enough to fit a piece of furniture, like a console table.
Walking down the hallway, you enter the open concept living space.
The living space has a large vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. How bright and pretty is this space!
The kitchen and dining space are next! Don't mind the crooked pendant, I was sure to straighten is after this picture.
The L shaped kitchen has beautiful mid toned wood cabinets and quartz countertops.
The sink and dishwasher are included in the island.
There is a full pantry closet in the kitchen. We love the storage!
The dining space has a view of the backyard and screen room.
The laundry room has custom trim work and coat hooks. The walls are painted a trendy green.
The primary bedroom has a tray ceiling and the floors are the same light colored LVP as the rest of the home.
The primary bathroom has a fun black hex tile floor.
The shower has a black trimmed glass door.
The double bowl vanity also has quartz countertops.
There is a nice walk in shower in the primary suite.
Check out the three guest bedrooms! They each have carpeted floors.
The guest bathroom is also painted the trendy green!
The guest vanity has the same finishes as the rest of the home. There is a fun round mirror.
