The Exterior
Welcome to the Darby Dan Plan! This home's roof is Weathered Wood, which ties in the warm neutral accent colors of the home.
The siding is steel blue with clay accents. The garage door is a bronze shaker panel door.
This home has a covered front porch with cedar porch posts. The front door is painted to match the garage door.
This home also has a covered back porch! We love having outdoor entertaining spaces.
The Interior
This floor plan has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. The laundry room doubles as a mud room and the kitchen has extra storage!
Walking through the front door, you enter the open concept living room.
The dark toned LVP flooring makes the space feel homey. The living room is defined by a tray ceiling.
The dining room is off of the living room and kitchen. I love the twin window!
The black light fixtures can go with any style!
Moving into the kitchen, the island is larger than most of our floor plans. This kitchen has white cabinets and white granite countertops.
The kitchen is the heart of the home!
In this home we provided all kitchen appliances including the fridge.
The kitchen island has a large drawer stack to the side of the sink for additional storage.
This kitchen also has a large pantry!
The laundry room has a tile floor and shelf for storage.
The first guest bedroom is located off of the kitchen.
The second guest bedroom is down the hall. Both guest bedrooms have a large closet and carpeted floors.
The guest bathroom is conveniently located for guests to use!
Walking into the primary bedroom you will notice the natural light and tray ceiling.
This primary bedroom includes two closets!
The primary bathroom has the same finishes as the rest of the home. It features a shower with a glass door.
