A classic look on the Adena Springs Plan.

This brick front home has Columbus Ashton brick with regular mortar. The gables and other sides have vinyl siding in the color Smoke. This brings out the gray in the brick.

This home has a black carriage style garage door with black hardware. This is such a classic look! It is made modern with the fixture above it.

This floor plan has a small front porch. Above the porch is a shake accent gable. The window has raised panel shutters in black. The front door is painted Tricorn Black.

Check out this back patio! It is a great tree lined space with nice shade.

This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage.

Entering the home, the front door has a small foyer.

The living room is part of an open concept space. This gives the homeowner more flexibility and versatility in their home!

The dining space is between the kitchen and the living room. It has a fun light fixture and a nice window.

The white kitchen is fresh and bright! Notice the back door is tucked to the side of the kitchen.

The kitchen has white granite countertops and black bar pulls. This home came with all of the kitchen appliances.

Down the hall is the oversized laundry room. It has a fun sliding barn door with black hardware.

We added a built in drop zone for coats, shoes, and backpacks to one side of the laundry room. The washer and dryer hook up is on the opposite side.

Through the laundry room is a two car garage.

The primary suite is painted Drift of Mist and has a tray ceiling with a ceiling fan.

The primary walk in closet has plenty of hangin space and storage.

The primary bathroom has a double vanity with one large mirror.

Both guest bedrooms have carpet and matching closets.

The guest bathroom has a white vanity with a granite countertop. The arched mirror adds a unique touch.
