The Exterior
Welcome to a full brick Darby Dan home!
This home has a Magnolia Bay brick exterior. It is a beautiful creamy white brick with brown undertones.
The two car garage has a black shaker panel door with lanterns on either side. In the gable above the garage there is a gray shake accent.
The covered front porch has cedar porch posts. The front door and shutters are both black.
The Darby Dan plan has a great covered back porch! This home does not have an outdoor fan, but we always wire for one just in case!
The Interior
This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. The kitchen is at the heart of the home with an oversized island!
Entering the home, you will find the open concept living room.
The living room has a tray ceiling with a ceiling fan. This home has a mid color plank floor with creamy walls.
The dining space has a chandelier centered over where the table will go. The back door is also located in the dining space.
The kitchen is next to the dining room. This kitchen has gray stained cabinetry and leathered granite countertops. The kitchen island is large enough to fit four barstools comfortably.
The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, but it is tucked to the side of the space.
The cabinets are such a unique and pretty color! This gray stain is gaining popularity.
The sink is in the kitchen island.
The kitchen also has a pantry closet. We love the storage!
The laundry room is near the heart of the home. This is also the garage entry. It makes an easy transition to put away groceries!
The two car garage can fit two vehicles. Did you know not every two car garage can actually fit two cars?! We always make sure our garages are deep and wide enough.
The two guest bedrooms mirror each other and both have carpet.
The guest bathroom has a double vanity!
Next to the guest bathroom is a hallway linen closet.
The primary bedroom has plank flooring!

There is a barn door into the primary bathroom.
