A new floor plan and cabinet color make for a winning combo
The Exterior
Welcome to a brand new floor plan! We are always listening to clients and trying new things. This home has a full brick exterior.
We added black windows. They pop against the light colored brick!
The front door is painted Tricorn Black. There is a cedar porch post stained a dark brown. Above the front door is an accent gable with shakes.
The garage is a shaker panel style door in the color sandstone.
Here is a close up of the brick! This is Henry Brick in the color Avondale.
We used white mortar with river sand.
This is a popular color and has beautiful creamy tones!
Out back, there is a covered patio. This is a great entertaining space and outdoor living space. On this floor plan, the covered patio is optional.
The Interior
The Lure plan is brand new! It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage.
This home has a great foyer. It is wide enough that you can fit a console table in the entry way.
There is a cute light fixture above the front door. This sets the tone for all of the gold fixtures in the home.
This home has three guest bedrooms. They each have a nice sized closet and carpeted floors. The guest bedrooms are at the front of the home.
Across from the guest bathroom is a linen closet. This has great storage!
The guest bathroom has a vanity, toilet, and tub/shower unit. Check out a that new cabinet color!
The private primary bedroom is in the back of the home.
The primary bedroom features a tray ceiling and ceiling fan.

The double vanity is in a beautiful cream cabinet color with black granite countertops. There are two gold mirrors and a gold light fixture.
The tile shower has creamy colored matte subway tile walls. It is laid in a vertical stack pattern.

The living room is a show stopper with vaulted ceilings!
The living room has an open concept lay out with the kitchen and dining room.
The open concept space also includes the back door. This makes the outdoor space an extension of the living space! The back door is in a great location. It is easy to get to, but it isn't blocking any possible furniture placements.
The dining space has a gold chandelier that matches other light fixtures in the home.
The kitchen has beautiful creamy cabinetry. The cabinet pulls are also gold.
