Modern Charm and Useful Space

Welcome to 919 McIntyre Street, Bowling Green, Kentucky! This beautiful full brick home is nestled in the heart of McLellan Crossings - and it is currently available!

The Exterior

Walking up to the covered front porch, you immediately see the upgraded front door with additional glass to let in all of the natural light! The covered front porch is the perfect size to make sure all of your packages stay dry.

The brick is Cherokee Graystone with keystones over the garage, front door, and front windows.

The front door is painted Sherwin Williams Riverway. This cool blue has gray undertones that play beautifully off of the brick.

The Interior

Stepping inside the home, there is a small foyer with a coat closet. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are in an open concept space. This is perfect for entertaining!

The living room is defined by the double tray ceiling. Throughout the home, the floors are Cobblestone LVP. The throughout wall color is Egret White with Pure White ceilings and trim.

The dining space has a fun, modern light and large twin window. This home also comes with blinds already installed.

Next is the kitchen! The cabinets are McGrath Graphite with a shaker style door. The countertops are Ornamental White Granite. The cabinets have gold bar pulls. Over the island are two pendants that match the dining fixture.

The kitchen features an elongated white subway tile backsplash and a window above the sink. The backdoor is also at in the kitchen. We love the location of the back door in this plan. It is covenantally located, but not in the way of the dining space.

The laundry and mud room are located off of the living room. This is where the garage access is. There are custom coat hooks along one wall, and the washer/dryer hook ups are along the other wall.

This hallway functions as the main artery of the home. There is a guest bathroom located at the beginning of the hall. This makes for great use when entertaining. The primary bedroom is at the end of the hall for privacy.

The cabinet and countertop match the kitchen. All of the plumbing fixtures are black. The mirror has a black frame to tie it all together.

Next up are your two guest bedrooms! This entire house has LVP flooring, so there is no carpet.

The private primary suite is at the end of the hallway. It has a double tray ceiling and split windows. We always consider potential furniture placements when we plan windows, outlets, and floor registers.

This primary suite has a large bathroom and two closets.

The bathroom is through the sliding barn door. It has a double vanity and private toilet room.

The two primary closets give tons of storage space!

This home has a covered back patio and a two car garage.
