This home has a brick front exterior. This is a great way to get the look you want and save some money! The brick is General Shale Gray.
The black garage door pops against the brick. There are Moon Rock colored shake accents. The vinyl siding is in the color Smoke.
This home has a covered front porch and upgraded front door. The front door is painted Tricorn Black, one of our tried and trues!
This home also has a covered back patio. The spacious backyard backs up to a farm and has great views.
The Interior
This home is our Adena Springs floor plan. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. We tweaked the large laundry room to add a pantry!
Entering the front door there is a small foyer.
This foyer space adds definition to the space. It opens into the living room and open concept space.
The living room is spacious!
The dining space separates the kitchen from the living room. This adds flexibility to the space to fit a variety of furniture. There is also a great flow for everyday life or entertaining.
The kitchen has beautiful dark cabinetry and white quartz countertops.
The kitchen has black and chrome accents and plenty of storage in the island!
We changed this floor plan to add a walk in pantry closet! This is just one of the many customization options that we offer our buyers. We truly try to meet all of your wants and needs!
