McLellan Crossings Lot 072

The Adena Springs Plan in Style

The Exterior

This home has beautiful Cherokee Cobblestone brick on the front.

Cobblestone is described as a warm earth toned brick with accents of white and gray.

The gables and sides of the home are Fern vinyl siding.

All of the trim is in Linen, which is a creamy white.

The garage door is a bronze carriage style door with black hardware. Above the garage door is a keystone that adds to the traditional feel of the exterior.

The covered front porch is the perfect size to make sure that your packages never get wet! The front door is painted to match the garage door.

The covered back patio is the perfect spot to relax or entertain! This home has a great back yard with plenty of space.

The Interior

This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. It has an oversized laundry room and an open concept living space.

Entering the home, there is a small foyer that seperates the front door from the living room.

The living room has a tray ceiling and ceiling fan. It also has plenty of natural light!

The dining room is between the living room and the kitchen.

The kitchen has white cabinets around the perimiter and an accent island. The island is a light wood toned cabinet.

The countertops are black leathered granite. The cabinets have black bar pulls. Over the island are two pendants.

The kitchen also has a classic white subway tile backsplash.

The laundry room is through a sliding barn door. It has a washer and dryer hook up to one side, and a custom drop zone on the other side. The drop zone is complete with hooks, a bench, and cubbies.

The primary suite has carpeted floors, a tray ceiling, and a ceiling fan. The windows have a great view of the back yard.

The primary walk in closet has both double hung and single hung space.

The primary bathroom has a double vanity with oval mirrors. The shower has a black trimmed glass shower door.

This home has two guest bedrooms that mirror each other. We did not install ceiling fans, but we did wire for them if the new homeowner wants to add them later! We always try to plan for the future.

The guest bathroom has a vanity, toilet, and tub/shower unit. It is great for kids and guests!
