A Beautiful Home with a Perfect Backyard

The Exterior

I love how this home looks! The brick is Cherokee Mosstown, which is one of our favorites for a reason. The accent vinyl is Sierra. It is in a vertical pattern above the garage and horizontal above the front door for added interest. The windows are classic white four over four.

The garage door is a carriage style door in the color sandstone. This pulls out the lighter, warmer colors in the brick. The style of door leans more traditional.

This front porch is the perfect size to ensure your packages will stay dry! We added a keystone over the garage, front door, and front window.

The front porch posts are custom cedar stained Special Gray.

The front door is painted Sherwin Williams Basil, which is a deep green.

Moving to the backyard, this home has a screened in patio. The yard is a great size and you have full afternoon shade!

This screened in patio is ready for year round outdoor enjoyment and entertaining!

The Interior

I included our floor plan rendering so that you can understand the flow of this home. The Flightline plan is a split floor plan with a defined dining room. The primary suite layout is perfect!

Let's go inside!

Walking in the front door, you are near the guest bedrooms and bathroom. We designed this hallway to be extra wide in order to fit a console table or bench.

The first guest bedroom has a twin window. These guest bedrooms are carpeted.

The next thing you pass walking down the hall is the guest bathroom. The double vanity has plenty of storage space. We love the arched mirrors!

The next guest bedroom is the same size as the first. They both have spacious closets.

You have officially entered the main area of the home! When walking in you immediately notice the natural light and spacious area.

The throughout flooring is a light colored LVP. The walls are painted Pearly White. In the living room, as well as the rest of the home, we thoughtfully place outlets where homeowners would put furniture.

In the living room, there is a tray ceiling with a fan. You can also see the backdoor that leads to the screened in patio.

From this angle of the living room, you can see the hallway where the guest bedrooms are located, as well as the front door.

How beautiful is this kitchen! The dark espresso cabinets and granite countertops are timeless.

The large kitchen island is ready for barstools! We included all appliances in this kitchen.

Next to the fridge are open shelves and a full pantry.

The back splash is an updated take on classic subway tile!

The kitchen is the heart of the home!

In this home, the dining room is more defined by a cased opening. I love how the dining space feels separate, but is still open to the kitchen and living spaces!

The dining room has plenty of windows and a chandelier to top it off!

In the primary bedroom, the LVP flooring continues.

There is a sliding barn door leading to the bathroom and closet.

The double vanity is along one wall with the tile shower.

Along the opposite wall is a soaking tub and a private toilet. There is a transom window above the tub for added light. The floor tile throughout the home is a light gray with darker gray veining.

The tile shower has white subway tile walls with white square tile flooring. The glass door and quartz shelves gives a spa like feel! We even included a "leg up" spot for you to use to shave your legs.

The primary bathroom leads into the primary closet.

The primary closet is also connected to the laundry room. This makes laundry so much more convenient!

The laundry room doubles as a mud room with the garage door and a custom built in coat bench.

Through the laundry room you make it back into the kitchen!

Now you have been around the entire home! This floor plan is quickly becoming a favorite, and for obvious reasons!
