The Exterior
Welcome to the Claiborne plan! This vinyl home is on a corner lot in McLellan Crossings. The exterior is in the color Smoke with accent shakes above the garage and white trim.
This floor plan has a great front porch!
To add privacy to the back yard we installed a fence. This is not something we do to every home, but it can be negotiated!
The Interior
This home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. We have set up the kitchen different ways in this floor plan, so check out some of our other Claiborne plan homes to see which you like more!
Entering the home there is a foyer that leads to the open concept space.
The living room has great wall space that allows for multiple furniture lay outs.
The kitchen is bright and beautiful! It has white cabinets and white granite countertops.
There is additional storage under the kitchen island. This kitchen also has a pantry closet.
The dining space is behind the kitchen. The triple window lets in beautiful natural light and has a pretty chandelier.
To the right you can see the pantry closet and the spacious dining area.
The laundry room is close to the primary bedroom.
The primary bedroom has two walk in closets and an en suite.
The primary bathroom features a double vanity and linen closet.
In this bathroom we utilized the space with a shower unit and glass door.
The three guest bedrooms all have carpeted floors and closets.
The three guest bedrooms share a bathroom.
