Behind the upgraded range is a gloss white beveled subway tile backsplash with white grout. The backsplash ties the entire beautiful kitchen together!

To the right of the kitchen is a sliding barn door which leads to the laundry/mud room. This is where the garage entry is, as well as the stairs leading to the bonus room.

The laundry room floor is a bold Memoire Petal Gray pattered tile.

Up the stairs to the bonus room, the carpet is 1424-255 Carbon Crystals. The large bonus room also has a full bathroom. The vanity cabinet matches the cabinets in the kitchen, but has a steel gray leathered granite countertop. The square sink and round mirror gives a contrast and the fun sconces add a unique look! The bathroom floors are upgraded Impressa Light Gray tile with walnut grout laid in a standard brick patter.

Back across the kitchen is the primary suit. The walls are painted Colonnade Gray, while the double tray ceiling and trim is Pure White. The flooring is continued from the kitchen giving a seamless look!

The primary bath vanity is Benton Burlap, matching the kitchen. It also has black pull bars, square sinks, leathered gray granite, and black faucets. On the opposite wall, there is a toilet room and shower. The shower has a pan with tile walls. The walls are a 4x12 matte white tile laid in a brick pattern with vivid white grout. The shower door has bold black details that tie the entire room together!

Back at the front of the house is the guest bathroom and two guest bedrooms. These bedrooms and bathroom have the same finished as the bonus room!

The back of this house is a dream! The large covered back patio carries your living and entertaining space outdoors! There is also a pedestrian door from the back of the garage. How convenient is that?! This beautiful home has many one of a kind features and has been such a fun project.
