The homes horizontal siding is in the color granite, while the trim is all white. The gables feature shakes in the color Moon Rock. The two car garage door is a white carriage style door.
The Interior
Walking in the front door you are greeted with a vaulted ceiling in the living room and a welcoming open concept space. The flooring throughout is a 6" Hickory Plank engineered wood in the color Harrington Stratford, which is a neutral medium brown color. The walls are painted Lattice with Pure White trim.
The kitchen cabinets are in the classic color Snow White with a black bar pull. The countertops throughout are a leathered granite in the color Steel Gray.
Just off the dining space is a large, partially covered deck. This space is wonderful for entertaining or relaxing!
One of the reasons this floor plan is loved by so many is because of the flex space. The double sliding barn doors open to show a small room that could be used for anything from a pantry, to an office, to storage!
